I (Curt) have the eye disease Keratoconus (abbriv "KC"). Up until a few years ago, and my first cornea transplant (of an expected two) I was blind without the use of four contact lenses - yes, two lenses per eye. However, thanks to some great doctors, new high-tech contact materials, a cornea transplant, and the grace of God, the vision in my right eye is now better than it was when I was 19!
